Hops Bill Calculator for Recipe Design

Brewer's Lair has added a new brewing calculator to help you to design the hops additions for your next homebrewing recipe. You select the mix of hops for bitterness, aroma, flavor or dry hopping for our selection of hops varieties. As you enter the batch size, pre-boil volume, and boil time for each hop addition, the calculator computes the predicted bitterness of your beer in International Bitterness Units (IBU's). Adjust the hop amounts and boil times as necessary to hit your recipe targets. You can also ary the utilization method used, whether Garetz, Rager, or Tinseth. This calculator works in both English and metric units.
