Belgian Candi Sugar (Clear)

What it does :

Clear Belgian candi sugar will add a smooth taste and alcoholic strength to full-flavored beers while lightening its body. You can use it to make Abbey Ales, Belgian and French Ales.

What it is:

This is an invert sugar, clear in color and chunky in texture, made by breaking down white cane or beer sugar (sucrose) into glucose and fructose with the use of water, heat, and acid.
