What it does :

Caraway is a natural flavor compliment to a beer with a rye-based grain bill.

What it is:

Caraway is one of the world's oldest spices, and has a peppery flavor similar to rye. It is a small, brown, crescent-shaped seed.

Dosage:

Use up to 1 teaspoon of caraway per 5 gallons. Add 10 to 15 minutes from the end of the boil.
