Cardamom consists of plump seeds. It is highly aromatic and has a lemony flavor.
Use up to 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom per 5 gallons. Add 10 to 15 minutes from the end of the boil.
Use freshly ground cardamom to get the best flavor.
