Orange Peel
What it does : | Orange peel is a noted ingredient in Belgian Witbier, and can be a spot-on addition to other refreshing summer beers. |
What it is: | The skin of sweet and bitter (Curacao) oranges provides a citrus, zesty flavor. |
Dosage: | Use 1 to 2 ounces of orange peel per 5 gallons. Add during the last 10 to 15 minutes of the boil. |
