High-Gravity Brewing
High gravity brewing means boiling a fraction of the final wort volume required - it's more energy efficient, quicker in the cool-down, and just generally more pleasant than handling larger volumes of hot fluids. Then again, keep the volume high enough so the malt doesn't caramelize - a danger especially for making pale beers.
